1. Usage
la machine sert de fil d’aluminium nue compact-brin, fil de cuivre nu et ACSR pour produire la puissance câbles.

2. Grande capacité features

1) les bobines sont disposées autour des cages échouage de cantonnement. L’arbre central ne porte pas les 2 bobines.

) haute rigide, de haute performance, haute vitesse et faible inertie.

3) pilotée par boîte de vitesse variable 36 étages, double traction et double dispositif actif. Distribution de fil naturel évite d’endommager l’abrasion lors de l’échouage.

4) la plus avancée de dispositif d’arrêt d’urgence, direct contrôlant chaque bobine. Dès qu’un fil de pauses, toute la machine s’arrête automatiquement à la fois.

5) Ensuring supplément après n’importe quel fil rupture, particulièrement adapté aux câbles d’alimentation et haute compacté cross linking câbles produisant.

6) système de contrôle PLC de Siemens, fonctionnant sur touch écran.
